Every small detail of your wedding day is a chance to make a work of art. I might put your shoes in unusual places or ask you to trust me with a weird idea, because some of your best portraits will happen in the most unexpected places. The dress, the florals and the venue all matter, but what I'm really there for is the one-of-a-kind love between the two of you.
My style is anything but “timeless and classic.” Your photos won't look like everyone else's. I want you to see your wedding photos and think, that's so US!

Full day coverage
Full day documentation keeps your day relaxed and stress-free. You get flex time, stillness that fosters creativity, and space for the private moments that matter most. There's time to style your details, and not a single dance floor moment gets missed.
Second photographer
A second, equally skilled photographer (I only hire the best) captures the unique perspectives and in-between moments: your guests' faces during the ceremony and speeches, you walking down the aisle from behind, your first kiss from an artful angle. A second set of eyes tells a more complete story of your wedding day, and they'll be there from the moment you're dressed and ready for bridal party photos to the moment the dance floor opens.
35mm film
Film brings imperfection, punchy flash, and intention to every capture. You'll receive a small selection as a complimentary addition to your gallery, telling the story of your day from a different lens.
Help with photo timeline and shot list
You'll get a comprehensive timeline guide with examples of how other couples have structured the day at your venue, plus a tool that makes it super easy to fill in your family shot list. Most importantly, I'm a resource for you at any point in the planning process. Text my personal cell any time for advice on anything and everything.
Wedding gallery
You'll receive 800+ digital images plus film, delivered on a 60 day turnaround that is never rushed and never late. A few content clips are sprinkled in, and you get full printing rights, so you can print your photos from the linked online store or wherever your heart desires. You can also mark photos as private and hidden when the link is shared, and I'll curate a social media highlight collage for you.
The editing process
01.
Culling
Every single photo gets sorted by hand (usually 4,000+ of them) over two full days. Blinks and unflattering angles go, and you keep every photo you might want to see.
02.
Film-inspired editing
Every photo is hand edited. I care so much about your skin tones, making sure whites look white and you look tan but not too orange, and that the color, light, and crop look perfect. I adjust the contrast and tweak individual colors and tones until they're just right.
Your photos should feel lived in, so I generally edit digital photos true to color, with a little warmth. I like low contrast and lighter shadows, since that's a huge part of what makes film so beautiful. I add very subtle film tones to the shadows and highlights, so if you look closely you'll notice the blues lean teal, and the greens are cooler and more saturated on overcast days and ever so slightly yellow in full sun (like the unaltered film scans below).

Distraction removal
I spend hours upon hours editing out even the smallest distractions. It's the most time-consuming part of my workflow, and it really sets my work apart: you'll never find security cameras, outlets, or exit signs in your wedding album.

Natural skin retouching
Everyone in your photos should look their best, not just the two of you, so I subtly enhance all portraits and close-ups. Your skin will look natural, yet ever so slightly elevated: temporary blemishes like acne, bug bites, and redness are edited out, fine lines are smoothed, and under eyes are brightened. My aim is for you not to even notice they've been retouched.

Gallery & highlight curation
Then I spend a full day going through the finished gallery, arranging photos to tell your story, narrowing down my favorites, and creating collages. Each wedding gallery gets 45-60 hours, and I pour my entire heart and soul into creating a work of art you will absolutely cherish and adore.

Travel fees?
Travel fees are custom quoted. If you're getting married at a destination or venue on my bucket list, I just might waive them entirely, so don't hesitate to reach out.
Next steps after inquiring?
I reply within 24 to 48 hours with availability, then a short call to talk through your day. If it feels like a fit, you sign a contract and pay a retainer to hold your date.
We're already sold. How do we book you?
After our call, if we're a match, we'll get you on my books with a 25% retainer and a signed contract!
Zelle or ACH bank transfer is preferred, but I can also accept PayPal and Venmo (and credit cards for a small fee). The remainder is due 1 week prior to your wedding date.
