Do you photograph destination weddings? What are your travel fees?
I LOVE to travel!! Travel costs are on a personalized quote basis. I only charge for the cost of a flight, stay, and rental car when necessary.
I don't charge any travel fees for locations within about 2 hours of Savannah, GA. This includes cities such as Charleston, Folly Beach, Hilton Head, Jacksonville, St Augustine, Bluffton, Beaufort, and nearby cities.
What are the next steps after inquiring about date availability?
I try my best to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours!
We'll schedule a brief consultation call to get to know each other a little, talk through what you're looking for in a photographer, and answer any questions you might have.

After our call if we're a match we'll get you on my books with a 25% retainer and signed contract!
Zelle or ACH Bank Transfer is preferred but I can also accept PayPal, and Venmo (and credit cards for a small fee)
The Remainder is due 1 week prior to your wedding date.
Next Steps: We'll start planning your engagement session! I'll send you my exclusive timeline and vendor guides, a tool that makes it super simple to create a family photo list, and a day of questionnaire. And then I love to schedule a video call around 30 days out to go over everything.

How many digital and film photos will I receive?
Every gallery is different but typically at least 1,000 photos.
I try to shoot at least 2-3 rolls of film at every wedding and deliver around 60 film images. If you really value film I can place more of an equal focus on it for the important moments and deliver even more. I'm not charging anything for film at the moment because I'm still learning!!
One thing that really sets me apart is that I don't limit the number of photos I deliver or try to curate down, I want your gallery to be as full as possible with every single good photo.
Often people think that curating down tells a better story. I personally value options and perspectives even more. Your gallery will include slight duplicates, the imperfect film photos, and anything that might make you laugh.
You'll always have the ability to mark photos as private before sharing your gallery with anyone but trust me you will want to see every single one!!
Film just feels different
I love to describe my digital work as film-inspired because I'm always trying to emulate film in my editing - in the tones (teal blues, yellow-greens, subtle warmth) and in the light (lower-contrast, punchy flash). But sometimes you just can't compare it to the real thing.
It doesn't always turn out perfect, so when it does it's that much more valuable. These are a selection of my favorite recent 35mm film photos.
