Grand Lake Club at Southbridge got an extreme makeover - they completely transformed the space with some major renovations and everything looks incredible!

I wanted to highlight some of my favorite spaces and also some incredible local vendors.
The Grooms Suite - Seriously the Coolest Grooms Space I’ve Ever Seen!!
The only problem is the guys will not want to leave this space to go take portraits. HA! There is a giant movie theatre size tv ESPN included. Leather couches. Dark and moody lighting. A freaking poker table!?? Lots of thoughtful details from the whisky decanters to the wall art to those gold ceilings! And the fully stocked bar is just around the corner.

The Sun Drenched Hallway - A Secret Hidden Spot for Cinematic Bridal Portraits
I found this little hidden corner and took some of the most jaw dropping bridal portraits of all time!!! I love working with light, especially small pockets of direct sunlight against a dark indoor space.
The Mini Ballroom - drenched with SO much natural sunlight.
"Hydrangea Hall" The windows give it a softened glow. This is the perfect space for cake, a desert spread, cocktail hour, a private Bride & Groom dinner space, or even the main reception space. I LOVED the portraits we got in this room! The cake Chrislynn made was a work of art.
The Mezzanine Overlook and Hall
"Grand Gardenia Hall" This is a great secondary ceremony spot in case of rain, or perfect for cocktail hour or a first dance. The indoor second story balcony was also great for classic, elegant portraits.
The Outdoor Balcony - A perfect First Look Spot
I loved the giant white columns. Straight out of your southern mansion dreams! The light is gorgeous and made for beautiful bridal portraits following a first look.
The Outdoor Ceremony Space
A huge outdoor ceremony space featuring a picturesque white pergola. I LOVE ghost side chairs! The lighting right before sunset was so stunning.
The Bar & Cocktail Lounge - My Favorite part of this venue!!
"Live Oak Lounge" Okay this may be the coolest bar I’ve ever seen at a wedding venue. I love the intimate cocktail lunge space and seating. Super modern furniture and furnishings.
The Grand Ballroom
"Magnolia Ballroom" White washed walls are always so beautiful. And black and white tables capes are always so classy. Paired with minimalist florals and simple centerpieces this is such an easy was to achieve an elegant look for less.
